Services
To make your visit as pleasant and brief as possible, there are a few things you should bring with you. If you've had dental x-rays in the last six months, please bring them to your first appointment. If you don't have them, please plan on having new x-rays taken. With just a few simple forms, we'll ask for relevant medical history, any medications you might be taking, your dental history, and any dental insurance coverage you may have.

Professional, courteous , kind, and compassionate are the words that come to mind. Having had a miserable experience years ago in a different office I swore I’d never go back. Unfortunately teeth don’t last forever when you don’t take care of them. Dr Chai and his staff are very good at what they do. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of dental services. I don’t know if going to a dentist could ever be a pleasant experience but they made it far from unpleasant for certain
