I called and made an appointment, I've been in alot of need for my mental health trying to deal with alot. So I made an appointment with them. The lady that I originally spoke with was super nice and helpful. But after that point it's been radio silence on their end. I was supposed to receieve the initial paperwork to fill out in my email...never received it even after multiple calls and messages left on their answering service. And now the day of the appointment, which was supposed to be a video call due to corona....AND NOTHING. Ive called several times, left messages again, AND STILL NOTHING

I agree with the other comments here, bad customer service with billing department and getting anyone to return your calls. I find it ironic that a mental health office does not have their act together which only exacerbates the client/patient's problems. I would not recommend this business to anyone seeking help.
