I requested an appointment and soon received a call from a lady named Katy or Katie (I'm not sure). The way she spoke is sort of challenging to understand as I'm not a English native speaker. So I asked if she could repeat. Guess what? She hanged up. I've never been treated so rudely like this. Terrible experience.

Several years ago, I went in to consult at Dr Lund's office for my daughter and then, somewhat shyly, asked what it would take to fix my teeth. Now, 6 years out of adult braces, I'm so happy I asked the question! Of course both of my daughters where also well taken care of. I appreciated that they are will to work with us to come up with an affordable payment plan and I also appreciated that Dr Lund didn't immediately slap braces on my daughters but waited until it was the right time developmentally for each.
