Great experience at this dealership. My 21 year old sister wanted to buy her first car and from the beginning, Sergio was incredibly helpful without being too pushy. We visited 3 separate times and each time had a great experience.
These guys feel very upfront and honest, doesn't feel like a shady or super commercial dealership. Micah the general manager was fantastic and handled her loan paperwork personally and was all around an incredibly nice guy to work with. Brandt in the finance department was great too and helped get her rate even lower.

Ariel Lopez and the finance crew were great to work with. We were able to get the car we wanted for a good price and great terms. Not only that but we were able to refinance an existing loan at the same time, all without missing dinner that night! 10/10 recommend working with these people if you’re looking for a car.

Overall just had a wonderful experience. Single female looking for a car is always a bit of a gamble, but I was beyond pleased. Luis had the car I was looking for all ready and was extremely kind and patient with me. Brandt in financing was so kind and explained everything I needed to know. A couple of the other staff members were super sweet and offered lovely small talk while we were waiting on paperwork.

I have had so many problems with this place. Today I spent hours on the phone calling the bank because they did not make the final pay off on a vehicle in time so there is interest owed. Now I have bad marks on my credit report. I brought this up to Micah the GM his response- sometimes were a bit short, its now your problem.

I bought a chevy Silverado 2015 from this dealership on October 7th 2020 from Miguel Rubalcaba who I have been informed no longer works there. One week later 10/14/20 I had to bring it to their service department Maximum certified. The truck would start shaking when I would reach speeds over 55 mph and would make a noise when going in reverse. After a few "repairs" I had to return less then a week later. The truck continued to shake and I had to return to the dealership. It was sent to John Elway Chevy. About a week later the service engine light turned on and I brought it to the dealership

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Absolutely shady. I bought an 8 year old vehicle which of course passed their inspections but in two weeks I had to get a rear axle leak fixed. Found out both front axles need to replaced and they "offered" to pay half the cost to do the service. Turns out half their cost is FULL cost at my trustworthy mechanic. Two months later the alternator died. Had to get towed, then I found out the air conditioner compressor and the battery are both dead. $1,500 out of pocket because Maximum p.o.s warranty is worthless. And I haven't yet replaced the damn front

My used SUV had a broken latch on the center council when I took possession of it, but it was in writing that they would replace it in the first 30-days of my owning it. Shouldn't be problem... wrong.
Day one of owning it and it's struggling to fire from a cold start. Take it to Autozone and find out the battery is going out. Of course, this isn't covered under the swindlers' 30-day "Maximum Certified Warranty

This place gives used car salesmen a bad name.
They talk of their 21 point inspection, it's worthless.
My car fell apart on the way home. Brakes started to make noise, all the warning lights lite up like a Christmas tree. Several thousand dollars later it runs ok. Still not as well as it rode for my test drive. ( transmission issue, ball joints issue) They must have taped everything together and gave me a sight warranty. Once it's out of sight that's the end of the warranty.
Their promise to take care of 2 problems was a joke.
