Carey Danis & Lowe has been joined by many hard-working product liability lawyers who, like the founders John Carey and Joseph Danis, have made a professional and moral decision to represent victims rather than abusers. Our lawyers and staff handle a wide variety of legal matters with one goal in mind: vindicating your rights.
In recent years, we have been involved in some of the nation's largest mass tort cases, including those involving Elmiron, Zantac, Zofran, Invokana, Taxotere, and many others. We were also leading lawyers in litigation against Vioxx, Yaz/Yasmin, Avandia, Trasylol, and SSRI antidepressants that are known to cause birth defects.

I have received one phone call from their office since they started representing me years ago. I signed my settlement papers in July of 2019 and was told I would have my settlement funds within 6 mos to a year, which didn't happen, they stated it was due to pandemic. Last July I received a call from Megan. I had to call them to get a status update over a month ago and was told it is still pending with the settlement agency and they would reach out to them for a follow up and call me back which i haven't had a call yet. I have called several times and left Voice messages with no return calls of

I had an Risperdal case with them since 2013 barely heard from them ,they also switched my lawyer 2 times in the 7 years I was being represented by them . Dawn Whalen also told me I had everything I needed for them to settle my case then I received a letter saying my case wasn't strong enough. Very disappointed saying I was 18 when I took the medication. I was in states custody when I took the medication saying it was generic and all kinds of stuff but hey they will have to answer to God later in life so I'm not worried I wish them the best

I have been waiting approximately 5 years for my claim to settle. I never hear from them unless I call then, then nobody is available to speak to me. I was told my case was settled last year, but I still haven’t received any funds. I tried calling again and nobody answers. It also makes me feel like this is a scam. I always feel as if I’m being put off when I do get to talk to someone. I would just like my $

This firm represented me and roughly 3,000+ women over the past couple years. I cannot speak for anyone other then myself however I was very impressed with the personal contact made by attorneys and how they were willing to go above and beyond what most would to assist me. There was never an issue of having unanswered questions or anything issue of not being answered. I was very satisfied with their professional conduct and the compassion they showed me. I would gladly recommend this firm any chance I can.
