Gentile real estate ,, Do not respond to their vendors well . They give you the runaround on payment, and they are not fair.I paid my contractors to do jobs and they wouldn’t approve on the invoice I sent.They verbally approved for me to work , but didn’t respond to my quote when I sent it over.I will never recommend or work for this company again.From Bright And Shine Cleaning Company.

This Realty company is not legit. They make you think you'll about to get the property you want. And they don't call you. You have to keep calling them to get updates on the property you're trying to get. Then on top of that they give you a whole bunch of run around into getting the place. Honest to God go with another Realtor Co. You'll be highly satisfied with someone else trust me.

This company gives you the run around... at no point was the property “move-in” ready. I went to look at the property and the front windows were boarded up and there were cameras all over the property. It felt like a scam. Then they proceeded to give me the run around about giving me my money back. Run from this company.
