Ellwood Reid is a real pro and was very patient with me as a first-time seller. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and went the extra mile to get my home sold. He even offered to get my home cleaned by a professional service and offered to tidy up my basement. He's awesome, and I highly recommend him as your realtor.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with IRealty on the sell of our home. We were actually surprised at how fast our house sold. Ellwood gave us some great advise regarding the timing of our sell, preparation for showings and ultimately picking the right offer (I think we had at least 5 to choose from). We had to relocate out of the area on very short notice. Ellwood was extremely responsive to help get our home ready and on the market quickly. Once we were out of town, Ellwood went above and beyond to assist in taking care of any loose ends with our home. Our home sold in a day or so and we received significantly more than we listed for. This was my very first experience selling a home and I must say it was a a bit of a roller coaster ride but Ellwood made the experience less of a thorn in my side and more of a blessing, he was prompt, experienced, professional, resourceful, honest and hard working and that’s all you could want in a realtor and although it wasn’t a walk in the park due to things that were out of both mine and his control but if I had to do it all over again I’d be completely ok with it as long as Ellwood was my realtor!!! Thank you so much it was really a pleasure!!!!
