A couple of years ago, Paul added an extremely large and ornate porch/deck combination onto the back of our home. Building a new house can be a very trying process. I often hear my clients say they were not fully prepared for the number of decisions that go into building a dream home. I pride myself on being able to guide my clients to make smart and safe decisions. For over 25 years I have been treating every home I build like it was my own.
Remodeling a home can be a tricky process. In most larger remodels, the house is demolished to the stud and rebuilt. This allows us to gather permits, do demolition, and construction without interference from the homeowners. In smaller remodeling projects, however, the owners may choose to continue to occupy the house during the construction phase which can make the process even trickier!
