My wife and I were in the market for a good used S Class Mercedes. We found one on-line at Ethan Hunt that looked like what we were looking for. We drove over from the eastern shore to check it out.
When we saw the car, especially the interior, we were ecstatic. Our salesperson Allen was very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. He made us feel right at home. We drove the car and knew we had to have it. It’s a 2015 with 80K miles and in perfect condition. It was priced about $9K less than NADA clean retail. What more could I ask for?The car is impeccable and I feel like these guys did

I have been back on the car search for a couple of months and to be honest, wasn't intending on finding what I 'had to have' at Ethan Hunt. I went in just looking and surprisingly, I found what I wanted. I got with Dakota and he is a very sharp young man. I told him what I wanted and he didn't try to persuade me into anything else! Mr. Richard is also amazing. These gentlemen worked well over there time and into their Father's Day evenings with their families to make me happy and I am so thankful....even through the bad weather and closing these men were amazing. Ethan Hunt is Tom Cruise's character in "Mission Impossible," and getting an honest sale out of this dealership is JUST THAT.
I was given the 1st page of a correct Car Fax report and the subsequent pages were from a different VIN number.
My car had been in a major front end collision but the BOGUS report that they gave me covered it up. I spent nearly $10,000 on one repair after another.
I despise people who come to this country to deceive and fraud. I'm disgusted by this dealership.

After searching online, I found the car I wanted at Ethan Hunt Automotive. I live about an hour and a half away, so I called ahead to make sure the car was still available. The salesman I spoke to (Isaiah), assured me that the car was there and I could come take a look and test drive it. A couple hours later, I arrived at the lot. Isaiah met me outside and said he didn't have the keys for the car I wanted. Seems to me that's something he should have checked on and notified me about BEFORE I drove an hour and a half to get there, but whatever. He said another customer had accidentally

When I first purchased my car from Ethan Hunt, I was extremely pleased with the service. Now, less than a year later, I hate dealing with this establishment! I was experiencing complications with my battery, causing my car not to start. So, since I have an extended warranty through the company, I decided to take it in to get serviced. Mind you I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning and received no word until I had to call them myself (Friday morning) to have them tell me "we may be able to start working on it Saturday". I was shocked and very disappointed. People have jobs and things

Isaiah the salesman was extremely low pressure, patient and knowledgeable. Rich in finance got us in the vehicle and out the door very quickly, all the paperwork was waiting for us before we arrived because I told them we didn't have much time.
Ethan Hunt also introduced himself!
They have a very good selection of vehicles and best of all they are not at all pushy. Aggressive salespeople are such a turn off. We give Ethan Hunt two thumbs way up.

My husband and I just bought a GMC Sierra from Ethan Hunt Automotive. Our salesperson, Josiah Sanders, was great to deal with. We really appreciated the fact that he does not use the typical "high pressure" techniques that make buying a vehicle so unpleasant. He was personable, efficient and very helpful.
