MEP design of a new two story with basement, 24,000 SF multi-function municipal building and will include LEED Silver certification. The project is located at 579 Ringwood Avenue, in Wanaque, Passaic County, New Jersey. Design services for a new 17,500 SF library in New Castle County, Delaware.
