Drop Ship your clothing and accessories directly to Betty's at 2220 Frontage Road South, Waite Park, MN 56387. FedEx, UPS, SpeeDee, USPS have all been delivering to our Shop location since 2006.
Embroidered logos have not only height and width, but depth. Almost any artwork can be designed and digitized to be embroidered on hats, shirts, pants, uniforms, jerseys, coats, bags, towels, blankets.etc. Setting up your art work: When receiving your artwork, we prefer vector artwork in EPS, CDR or PDF format.

I am so glad I didn’t listen to previous reviews here and trusted Betty’s Embroidery with not one but two orders in the last two months! The staff went above and beyond to explain each detail to me, perfect the design and finish my items WAY before expected! Reasonably priced for quality and timely service!! I will continue to bring my logo needs here! Thank you guys!

Had to trash three (3) $50 new polo shirts after the logos where embroidered in the WRONG colors. Viewed the logos on their computer and they agreed the baby blue was used for dark blue. Next time they will check the order before starting and make a proof for approval. NO offer to fix, replace the shirts or pay to make it right. However, they recommended I just phase the shirts out, buy new ones, and they would try better next time. I was amazed at how calm and straight face both employees looked as they basically stated...to bad, so sad, come again.

I had to give at least one star to write a review, I placed an order for 2 hats that they didn't in stock but said they were order them in for me and embroider my logo on them. They said it would take them a week to complete, I thought that was great because it was a special order, and I had a deadline the next day so it all worked out. They close at 5 and it is a 30 minute drive for me, so after work I rushed over to pick up my hats on the day they told me they would be done to find that they never ordered my hats. Now I have an event that I needed those hats for and I don't have them, I can't

If I could give a negative star I would. What a joke. They told me i could bring my old shirts in and they could take the old embroidery off.
Lol. She even told me it looked bad and still charged me. Brought 2 pullovers and a polo to get embroidered and it looks horrible. They put patches on my polos and shirt. Never go for embroidery. I had to donate my shirts to goodwill. Paid $65 For 3 articles of clothing that are now going to charity...

Nice staff, great pricing, the best place to get embroidery in st cloud hands down. They are kind of an old school business so the only downside is that they often write all your previous orders on paper and file them so when you go to reorder they often ask what thread color you were using before, or completely misplace your file. Still a great place to get emroidery done.
