We hired Michele and Aroma Culinary Catering for a national event we host each year. I wanted healthy and tasty food for the participants and I wanted it to look nice since many people fly in from all over. Michele did not disappoint! The brunch and afternoon desserts were a huge hit and lunch was amazing.

My lifelong culinary journey started at a very young age in the horn of Africa. My family owned a banana plantation in Somalia in the 1960s, and was involved in the thriving Italian community that existed there at the time. As a young boy, I saw my family entertain influential dignitary and royalty from around the world who came to visit our plantation.

Can we say DELICIOUS!? This catered food is so good. We have had many different dishes and were delighted by the taste of everything. Aroma has catered our 30 person Xmas party for past few years and the whole group raves about their food. Reasonable prices, excellent service. I highly recommend.

We hired Michele and Aroma Culinary Catering for a national event we host each year. The brunch and afternoon desserts were a huge hit and lunch was amazing. Display and appearance were top notch too! During the planning stages, Michele was so flexible and open to ideas. He shared things he had done in the past and together we created a wonderful menu. We have hired him for this year's event as well if that tells you anything!!

I have to say that this was some of the best food that I've eaten. The guests at our wedding would agree as well. We received so many compliments on how good the food tasted throughout the night. I was very impressed with the whole process as well. First, we sent Michele what we were thinking for our menu. He then sent back some recommendations… that way there wasn't too much of one thing (carbs, starch, etc). He wanted to make sure that the whole meal was well rounded. After we nailed down the menu, we did a tasting and he came to our house for the tasting. Fast forward to the day of the
