It was raining really bad and my tire just blew up and to make it worst my car key broke and could not move at all, I was on the side of the highway at midnight and nobody wanted to help me out cause it was raining I had to tow my truck almost two hours away but they were the only ones that helped me out and did not give me any excuses. Nathan the driver was so professional too I really appreciate what they did for me

Do not use this company. My daughter had a car accident on Chapman Highway- car was totaled. The cost of the tow was $350 plus a $35/day storage fee. My total bill was $420 - the accident happened on a Monday evening, I picked it up on Thursday at lunch during the same week. I wanted to sell the car for scraps - they only gave two options: pay the fee to get the car or relinquish the title to pay the fee. I found another company that offered more for the car. When I went into their office to settle, I gave them my debit card to pay - they only take "cash". I then handed them $500 in cash - they

I would like to say that the driver that delivered our conex box overcame several obstacles with picking it up and delivering it to our property but he never gave up and did an outstanding job!! Thanks alot guys and thanks for the very reasonable price! One small piece of advice I would like to give is to try and keep the people you are delivering to in the loop with updates on the delivery.

They saved the day! Waited 3 hrs for a so-called towing company aka EJ Whitaker’s towing company to be a no-show (never use them)
Called/googled other companies - no return calls
Called Dan’s per google and they answered the phone 1+, listened 2+, scheduled a truck 3+ & arrived 4+. Plus the guy was nice, quick and to the point 5+
From 12:30pm to 4:30pm waiting at a McDonald’s parking lot an hour away from home
It’s nice to see someone who appears to like their job & follow through so I gave him a good tip. Money can not say enough for the appreciation I had for him to just follow through

I needed a tow for a vehicle that was low to the ground, nobody wanted to do it because it was so low. I called Dan’s and they were able to help me out. Also the driver, Donovan, was super professional and had a fantastic personality. I highly recommend using Dan’s if you have any towing needs
