Living in France and having to relocate in Miami, we « worked » remotely with Nicolas for 2 months before we finally met him. Exchanging emails, calls, text messages and whatsapp conversations, he was always there, responsive and willing to help, whatever the time despite the 6-hour gap between our two time zones... That allowed us to screen the market and him to get a very precise idea of the kind of house we wanted to purchase given our specific criteria and price range. In the meantime, he even toured 2 houses without us, filming them for us to watch from France!
