It is a contract between you and the insurance company. You agree to pay the premium and the insurance company agrees to pay your losses as defined in your policy.

As a business owner, you need the same kinds of insurance coverages for the car you use in your business as you do for a car used for personal travel -- liability, collision and comprehensive, medical payments (known as personal injury protection in some states) and coverage for uninsured motorists.

While farms need the standard types of insurance policies that other businesses need, such as property insurance and general liability coverage, they also need insurance that is specifically related to the business they run.
Serving customers in Sumner, Tripoli, Waverly, Waterloo, Cedar Falls, West Union, and Des Moines. What kinds of health insurance are there? There are essentially two kinds of heath insurance: Fee-for-Service and Managed Care. Although these plans differ, they both cover an array of medical, surgical and hospital expenses.
Supplemental Medicare, or Medigap, is a plan sold by private insurance companies to fill in the coverage gaps and deductibles that Original Medicare does not cover. For instance, if Medicare covers 80 percent of a doctor's visit, Medigap will cover the remaining 20 percent. With Supplemental Medicare, there is little additional cost to you for health care beyond your premium.

Wegner Insurance has helped protect many parts of our lives over the past 8 years. From when we started out as a newly married couple in a rental apartment, to later insuring our purchased home, our cars and our home-based and later off-site business. We love that they are Dave Ramsey endorsers (which is originally how we found them). When we were first getting started Doyle took time to come to our home to meet with us in person. Carolyn and Karla are phenomenal with putting up with our multitude of questions every time our policy changes because we have added something, sold a vehicle, or just

Wegner insurance is always top notch!
Have a question or problem, just call! They will always help!
Even Doyle came to my house on a Saturday, to discuss my farm and vehicle coverage, so I didn't have to take a day off work to go to their office!
Glad I made the call to them when I was looking for coverage!
Awesome people!

We had our previous home insurance policy through Wegner insurance. When we bought a new house, we informed them about the transition over 3 weeks before we closed (we also had a week early possession). They said that would be fine. 3 or 4 days into our early possession they called us to say that we were not insured because they can't cover us at a house we don't technically own yet. After a couple phone calls they eventually worked things out with our insurance provider and got us coverage retroactively for the time were there.
Then a while later, Wegner called us to say that they had never cancelled
