The Club has the best yoga program in the area. With 5 instructors, the class variety offers something for everyone from starting out your practice to the advanced yogi, from the young to the very old, and traditional temp to the hot room. It's So wonderful! I am one to enjoy group fitness. I need someone to tell me what to do and keep me going, be it a weighted class, aerobic class or yoga.

The friendships, the chatter and even feeling others are challenged with the workout keeps me coming back to The Club developing strength and muscle tone. I have been doing body pump for almost 4 years and I love this class. It's a fun-filled weight lifting and toning class where you meet new friends and have a good time working out.

The Club group fitness classes make working out fun! Our variety of classes are led by happy and energetic instructors. No need to be shy or worried about what class you choose, or if you will be able to do them right. Our knowledgeable group fitness staff will answer your questions and help you get started whether it is your first class or 100th!
All classes, all levels - no kidding! No worries if you are new to yoga, we will help you to learn and grow during each class. There will be no competition and no judgement. You don't even need to wear a cute outfit (but you can if you want)! Many of our seasoned yogi's attend each one of our classes from beginner to advanced.
Regardless of whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, prepare for a race, or increase stamina, we can develop a program that will help you maximize your results in minimal time. The benefits of exercise include: reduced body weight, decreased risk of disease, lower body fat, and improved physical appearance.
Whether you're looking for swimming lessons, aquatic aerobics, or just a pool for open swim, The Club has something to offer everyone. We provide swimming lessons at all levels and aquatic aerobic classes mornings and evenings in our 25' x 45' (3' to 8' depth) pool. Our pool temp is kept at a pleasant 84 degrees F. Our pool, and hot tub, is free to all of our members.
