Therapeutic Solutions Physical Therapy is located in the heart of the North Merrick community. We are conveniently located one mile south of the Southern State Parkway on Merrick Avenue, or one mile north of Sunrise Highway directly across from the Dunkin' Donuts shopping center and immediately adjacent to the Dime Savings Bank.
Physical therapy is a great first-line treatment for most muscle and joint problems. Clinically proven to reduce pain and dysfunction, physical therapy also saves you time and money too. Although other kinds of practitioners will offer some of these treatments as "physical therapy, " it's important for you to know that physical therapy can only be provided by qualified and licensed physical therapists.

The Annex is a specialized Wellness and Fitness Center created out of necessity for individuals who require supervised professional exercise, skilled massage, myofascial management, nutritional guidance and positive psychology techniques. At the Annex, every aspect of our client's health history is valued and considered when formulating his or her individualized program.
Therapeutic Solutions Physical Therapy offers therapeutic and relaxation massages in a comfortable and tranquil setting. Medical massage: This type of massage is aimed at promoting the healing of injured muscles. Relaxation massage: This type of massage is for relieving stress and enhances a sense of well-being.

I was in a car accident back in August. For the past 2 months I have lived with constant pain in my collar bone and shoulder. I had an MRI, an X-Ray and multiple doctors appointments and no one could figure out the cause of the pain. On my first visit to Therapeutic Solutions PT they were able to pinpoint and diagnose the cause of the pain. On my second visit during 90 minutes of PT I had relief for the first time since my accident. I obviously have more PT to go until I am back to 100% but I am confident I made the right choice with Therapeutic Solutions PT!

I had a wonderful experience at Therapeutic Solutions. Jamie Rockwin (owner)is AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable and dedicated to helping her patients feel their best. All of the staff members there are so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is one that is professional yet relaxed, inviting and comforting. I looked forward to my PT sessions every week. Theraputic Solutions offers a variety of different options for health and healing and I would hands down recommend this practice to anyone in need. 5+++++++ stars for Therapeutic Solutions!!!

A highly professional facility where each patient is treated with respect and prescribed therapy that becomes more challenging as one increases strength and dexterity. I was able to avoid surgery for a torn meniscus through aggressive physical therapy by the friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated Physical Therapists and PT Assistants at Therapeutic Solutions. In a matter of two months, I am back to walking, playing golf, and resuming my yoga practice!

I had a near fatal car accident in 2007. After being released from St Charles physical therapy hospital, I was scared. I chose Therapeutic Solutions for my outpatient therapy, it was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. I recommend this therapy facility highly. It is clean and friendly. The staff is great. My appointments are easy to make and always on time. After my injury, all the therapy this place has to offer, has helped in my recovery. Jamie is the owner, always on the premises, she is friendly and professional.
