Ben James is the owner and head fitness instructor of Strait Fitness, a unique personal fitness coaching and training service in the heart of Port Angeles, Wa. Ben graduated with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Washington University in 2007. After graduating from EWU, Ben began dedicating himself to helping others through fitness and nutrition coaching.

Semi Private Training prices based on visits per week all packages are either 3, 6, or 12 month packages prices range from $299-$599 per month.

I started working with Ben after working with other trainers, and have really appreciated how he tailored my workout to help me overcome a couple of injuries. After doing personal training, I transitioned into a small group, and I’m enjoying working out with other people, as well as continuing to make gains in strength and flexibility. Ben understands the mechanics of movement, and is always there to give advice on how to get the most out of an exercise, as well as demonstrating the proper form. I’m making more progress than I ever would have imagined - thank you, Ben!
