Great service and great employees. The alternator on our 88 Vette gave out 50 miles from home. The dispatcher kept us updated while we waited and when the driver arrived we were impressed with the equipment. Drew treated our "baby" like it was his own. A Vette is a difficult car to get on a flatbed but he did a perfect job. Plus he was great company on a long ride home. Can not say enough good about the service.

Thank you! Your team picked up our camper today, it was heart wrenching and they were so awesome, the guys were good to our grandchildren who were watching the process, they were safe, they were thorough, competent, and they were so personable. The care that was taken of the camp ground and the burnt camper was really appreciated! We enjoyed… sharing pie and a glass of water with them after they finished the job… GREAT work, thank you! We hope we don’t need you again - but if we do, or know some who does…. You have our recommendation! Thanks much.

I hope I could give them a zero star if that a possible, they don’t deserve 1 star. Don’t do business with these guys, they rob you bright day light, go with your business somewhere else that will do the job you need. They are very unprofessional and don’t know how to do their job and bad customer service. I had a bad experience with them. I hope this saves someone from going through the experience I went through.

This place should be shut down, they are doing fraud and make you pay for nothing. The car was parked correctly and they still towed but I wouldn’t recommend this place, go to court and sue them if you ever have an encounter.

RECKLESS DRIVERS. They routinely park at this restaurant on division knowing they will be blocked in by the drive up line. Then they ILLEGALLY use their emergency lights to get people to move, then back up onto the sidewalk on division to fully turn around to head the opposite direction from where they had the truck pointed. This time they had the wrecker parked face to face with the smaller snatch truck blocking it in, and instead of them both leaving at once, one guy in the snatch truck makes illegal dangerous maneuvers using emergency light to leave. Next time the police will be called and someone

One of the tow trucks on 2/22/21 was towing a pickup truck close to the pilot truck stop at St. Cloud MN. I put my 4 way flashlight to let the traffic behind me slowdown for him when I spotted him. After all traffic was cleared I put my signal swinging left to proceed I didn’t not noticed another car slide in ice hit my trailer tires at all. This guy came recording me tripping that I hit and run, I have no idea what he’s talking about, Male Karen was tripping that I hit his vehicle and he’s turning me to police. Later police came to me and explained what happened that it wasn’t my fault

Yesterday (12-29-20), just as the snow was coming down thick and fast. I had a flat tire, no roadside assistance, I remembered Collins and there wild colored tow trucks. Called was quoted 45 minutes and $70. Well only took 20 minutes and $55. Guys were, quick, friendly and knew what they were doing. I will always request them going forward.

We use Collins Bros a lot for towing semi trucks, they are always very professional, fast and very competitive and fair on pricing. From the owner to the dispatchers to the drivers I have never encountered anything but professional and courteous employees or owner. Even when we call to have a truck towed from several states away, Collins Bros jumps into action immediately. It's a one phone call when we need any trucks towed!
