We belive that your wedding is a sacred day, and should not be burdened with the logistics involved in event planning. An Olive & Birch coordinator will. We have attended many weddings and felt the heartache of an event that didn't live up to expecations. Our wedding coordinators at Olive & Birch cut their teeth running corporate leadership events on a large scale.
At Olive & Birch our process is simple and intentional to help crystalize and enhance your vision. We will send you an personal, itemized design proposal for you to review with your fiance. Once you feel confident in your design, we will send you overthing you need to reserve your date! Since we jumped headfirst into the wedding industry back in 2017, Olive & Birch has served over 100 weddings in the greater Nashville area.

Olivia & Will were so pleasant and easy to work with from the very beginning of wedding planning all the way to our wedding day! They were incredibly flexible with any changes I proposed and they offered their professional advice when it was appropriate. The flowers were stunning and became a focal point throughout the day. They were so helpful in designing and getting my ideas for what I wanted for my wedding. We went over the details of my wedding, looking at my pinterest boards to determine what I liked and didn't like, which gave me peace of mind! The florals turned out amazing, and I couldn't have been happier, they were wonderful to work with and always open to ideas.

Working with Sydney is such a pleasure! We had the opportunity to work with her a handful of times through our business but ultimately had the pleasure of experiencing working directly with her for our Baby shower. Her eye for detail shows in the photos she captures. We absolutely love our photos from our beautiful day celebrating our baby boy. From the decor to the guests, she didn’t miss a thing. I LOVED working with Olivia! She listened to my wants and visions for the day and delivered. I was in love with everything she did. She was kind, helpful, and put all of my worries at ease. I needed extra hands setting up my table settings, and Olivia rose to the occasion. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but was absolutely blown away by her professionalism and dedication to her work. I would definitely use her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

I would highly recommend Olive & Birch for your event floral needs. The process from start to finish was so super easy. This was a destination wedding for me so literally I had to just take risk and go based on research and reviews. Olivia was super patient with me, she answered all of my questions, made it very clear what the process was and what the cost would be for the different options. She did not let us down at all, she took my vision and turned it into a reality that was within our budget. All of the guests had many nice things to say about the florals at the wedding.

Worked with Olivia and will this weekend and they were such a pleasure - they were so easy to get in touch with before the wedding and super responsive to calls and emails. On the day of the wedding they showed… up on time and created a beautiful arch and bouquets. Later on they came back to do the room turnover and assisted me when they didn’t have to which was so nice of them. I highly recommend olive and birch - their Florals were beautiful and such a great experience!

I was absolutely blown away by Olive & Birch. Olivia's talent and ability to communicate a vision was everything I hoped for. After only one introductory phone call, and one design meeting, I felt comfortable enough to put all the details completely in her hands. She executed it all flawlessly. She never pushed me past my budget and asked the right questions that made me consider multiple arrangement options. I feel so grateful she worked with me for our wedding. I will continue to use her for ANY floral needs I have in the future.

Absolutely a dream. We didn’t give them MUCH direction other than what our colors were and what we wanted it to feel like for our guests, and they completely blew us away with what was provided start to finish. Our bridal bouquets, table florals, and ceremony design were flawless. They were attentive and completely responsive day-of. We truly couldn’t be more pleased with Olive and Birch. They made our wedding feel so sacred and special, and everyone walked away talking about the beauty. Don’t hesitate one single second to book this florist.
