Self-directed & indoor activities are emphasized; blocks, books, puzzles, & activity toys. Some fine motor skill activities such as drawing, painting, play dough & peg board may be included. Also art, music, circle, & story time each day based on our monthly theme, such as insects or baby animals, the ocean etc. Children participate in all aspects of activity including picking our monthly theme.
All activities are based on age appropriateness andchildren are encouraged to participate in structured activities as well as unstructured free play. Singing, dancing, nursery rhymes, and games are also a part of my program. I encourage personal development & social interaction.

Services
Nancy's Hearts & Minds Childcare was established in 1991 by Nancy Felix to provide quality childcare for families on the westside of Los Angeles. Since then, we have grown from a small family-oriented, 6 child maximum capacity childcare to a 12 child maximum capacity care and learning space. We provide a nurturing, learning environment for children 15 months to 3 years old.
