Absolutely the worst choice I made in pest control. !!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Got all of the bells and whistles that their "apprentice" Braden offered, adding on while he was at my residence. Most of these, as I was lied to about in the end, were supposed to last at least a year's time. When I noticed insects that were supposed to be under this coverage, I was also coming up on a regular spraying so, I called. I spoke with a lady, began to explain what was told to me, and she responded with this, "We don't guarantee anything because of weather." Sooooooo why would you have employees out

Wow! Admittedly, it's not often I take the time to review a business but with Rusty's, I feel I have no other choice. These guys are amazing! The tech who first arrived at my house did a thorough inspection and not only did his job but took the time to explain to me what he was seeing and what that was indicating to him. Then another tech who he was going to train arrived shortly thereafter. It was amazing to watch this seasoned tech adequately and thoroughly train another. I live in Lubbock Texas. I was very impressed with this company. Not only did they have the best price but Rusty went above and beyond unlike the completion. He inspected my whole house (not just one spot), he educated me on dos and don'ts for avoiding termites (a bigtime plus), he was timely (unlike the completion). I will say, I was freaking out and Mr. Rusty took the time to answer all my questions and to explain with lots of detail to help me calm down. I felt so much more peace.
