I generally don't write reviews but this needed to be written. This is regarding the agent who assisted us in a rental home for our vacation this summer. I don't want to lay out the whole story but the main issue was the home we rented was ocean front and experienced some large tides that eroded the beach access from the home. We asked for a refund as the sole reason we rented this home was the beach access directly off the back of the home. Julianna Simone was our agent and was beyond rude when I contacted her and explained we wanted a refund. I will say up front that she did give

I have noticed that my previous comment had been flagged! However, I am here for the clients and perspective buyers on the north shore! Please do your self a favor and don't rent, purchase, or sign into any contractual leases with Sunset homes llc! The company seems like a shell company for Juliana to have fun with at the creditors expense! Plus, her office is just not a happy place. No smiles, laughs, or encouragement going around! If you have a million dollars ready to spend, do your homework and pick a local Hawaiian realtor who actually knows the culture and the island way better than
