Dr. Gerald Spencer has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics for more than 30 years and uses the most advanced techniques available today. An Oklahoma native, Dr. Spencer earned his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University (Dean's Honor Roll) before earning his dental degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
At our orthodontic practice, we work hard to treat our patients the same way we would like to be treated: with respect, professionalism, and sensitivity toward our needs. We understand the expectations of the patients and families we serve, and we do everything we can to make sure that each patient has an exceptional experience at our practice.
The American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) was founded in 1929. It is the oldest and most prestigious specialty board in dentistry. The ABO's aim is to elevate the standards of the practice of orthodontia, to familiarize the public with its aim and ideals, and to protect the public against irresponsible and unqualified practitioners.
We support our patients in maintaining excellent oral hygiene, taking proper care of their orthodontic appliances, and visiting their dentists regularly. For encouragement, we offer our patients an incentive! We award them "stars" for their cooperation. These "stars" can be accumulated and redeemed for a variety of prizes during treatment.

Doctor Spencer and staff are the best. They did mine and my husbands braces and now treating one of our daughters. The special part is they can still remember when I was pregnant with her and seeing her after she was born and now she is a patient. They are very friendly and take time to get to know you and your family.

Had my braces done as a teeenager, left with a permanent retainer in... it broke twice. Each time being charge to fix it, on top of that it’s not keeping my teeth inlinement anyways so now they want to charge for a re-treatment.
I feel very taken advantage of and seems like a scam to keep paying for services that don’t do what they claim.

Cost me an extra $2000 easily because insurance money was never applied to my bills. Long story short, I have separate insurance that could be applied for braces, after 4 months of being repeatedly told the second insurance policy wasn't being applied to the bill because my insurance wasn't paying anything (my insurance company was paying, but the employee wasn't applying it to my acxount), I of course canceled my policy. Half a year later? I received a call from Spencer's experienced billing employee (who had gone to part time) telling me they were applying the 3 to 4 months of payments they had
