The staff was great and got us in last minute for an urgent visit for our son! Dr. Lynn was very hospitable and very personable. 1 year ago I couldn’t even get Massimo in the dentist chair for a cleaning. I literally had to lay on the table and hold him down. Even at that he didn’t let them do the cleaning. He ended up having to get 4 teeth pulled and multiple cavities filled. They had to put him to sleep to do the procedure and then clean his teeth. Dr. Lynn recommend Massimo see a feeding specialist. After 9 months of that he has slowly gotten more adventures with food. Today we had another trip to the dentist, Massimo laid in the chair all by himself and let them do the cleaning no problem. To some this may be normal

Always a GREAT experience taking my daughter to SmileLYNN. Entire staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Love that I can complete paperwork online so there is nothing else to be done in the office. They are always on time and we never feel rushed during our visit. Best dentist office/group we've ever encountered. You guys rock!!!

We love Dr. Lynn and everyone at SmileLYNN! Our very first visit, Dr. Lynn made us feel like we were the only patient he had to see. He took the time to talk with us, teach us what we needed to know as we prepared for our son to get more teeth and assured us that help was just a phone call away. Our second visit was the same. On top of that, we were seen on time each time! Looking forward to continuing our journey with SmileLYNN Pediatric Dentistry!

They are always quick to get us back. When in the back everything is fully explained as to why they are or aren’t doing something. For example they said the didn’t need X-rays of my son since he still had open contacts. They always show him the tools prior to cleaning (he is three).
A few months ago I had my 5 week old lady tongue and lip ties released and Dr. Lynn told me what to expect post procedure, we unfortunately were exposed to COVID and had to miss our follow up appointment but the office accommodated us and did a video follow up till we could be seen.
They really are the best!

The staff was extremely friendly. The facility was very clean and family friendly. Dr Lynn was very patient with my children and made sure they were comfortable and explained what he was doing. One of my children had to get a filling and was extremely nervous, but the staff took excellent care to make sure they were comfortable and it was so easy and quick!!! I was very pleased about the experience. I was even able to be there with them through the whole procedure. Dr Lynn even followed up that same day to make sure everything went well.

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly and inviting. Everyone is very helpful and my son loves going there. They make the kids feel welcome and included. They explain the procedure not only to the parent but the child as well and that helps them with their nerves. Lastly, Dr. Lynn is wonderful, explains everything and makes everyone feel welcomed. He even called to check up on my son after he had a filling done and to make sure he was okay. I would definitely recommend!!
