Founded in 1997 by owner Tricia Hanson, T. Simon Jewelers now features the largest display of diamonds and gemstones in Door County. Tricia has studied under the region's foremost authorities in the areas of jewelry design, goldsmithing and gemolology, in addition to years of experience in jewelry retail sales and service.

I had been looking for several years for a ring style that would accommodate a Marquise cut sapphire that had belonged to my mother. I liked the styles I saw at T. Simon and took my set stone along with some other rings and stones to Tricia. We spent a lot of time looking at various styles and talking about what I envisioned in a ring.

T Simon has designed two rings for me, one a few years ago with diamonds and birthstone of my grandma who passed away, and most recently I had them redesign and reset my wedding ring, and they both turned out amazing, I LOVE them! These girls are awesome to work with, so creative, great customer service, and a high quality product. I would highly recommend T Simon, they definitely know how to take care of you!

I brought my wedding ring to the store as it was severely damaged from working with my husband on a remodel. I also brought my very unique cross necklace. They took my items and quickly responded with a quote and details of work performed. Honestly when I picked up my ring and necklace I cried. My wedding ring looked better than when I was first proposed to. My husband was even amazed at how beautiful it was. He knew he bought me a beautiful ring but couldn't remember it being so beautiful! My cross was reset and secured and also gorgeous. They even told me to check in so they could check

I had a great experience with T Simon Jewelers. My wife and I recently celebrated our 10-year anniversary and I wanted to add an additional 1/2-cwt band to her ring. We live in the Fox Valley so I naturally visited the many commercial options around Appleton to get a good idea of what I wanted. Tricia was able to not only customize my design, but do it at an affordable cost and offer amazing, personalized service besides, and offered to clean and service my wife’s ring at no additional cost. Completed much of the design via text message and photos. Very pleased with our purchase and amazing service

We went to T Simon based on their uniqueness and how open they were to helping me with my choices. This was the first time I've worn a real diamond and they helped make this experience easy... I chose this store because they have a designer on staff. I took a ring in to be repaired. It was not fine jewelry but had sentimental value. The ring was missing two stones. They said they could rearrange the remaining stones to make the ring wearable. Yesterday when I picked it up I was pleased but did ask if they were sure the stones were tight. I was assured they were. I walked out of the store wearing the ring. Today at noon, 24 hours later, one stone is missing. I called the store just to be told that the stones were just glued in and they did their best. Their best was very disappointing
