Peak Fitness was established in 2019 by its sister company Peak Physical Therapy, with the objective of helping individuals protect their active lifestyles. My name is Cody McCarthy and I am 26 years old. I am an Idaho native who is passionate about health and wellness. I have goals to help people achieve their own health and fitness goals.

I am a former collegiate athlete. I played football at Eastern Washington University where I was blessed to have a successful career on and off the field. It was my time as an athlete where I really learned the importance of health and fitness. Personally, I had many injuries that I rehabilitated back to good health by making good use of the gym and by practicing proper health and fitness routines.

You can cancel your membership by calling us and telling us you want to cancel or you can come in and we will cancel it for you. Yes you can bring your family members to the gym. If they are younger children they can sit at our table and hang out or if it is a family member wanting to use the facility we have a day pass they can purchase.
