If I could give zero stars...This company is completely unprofessional and only for the blind that don't mind paying excessive amounts of money and not ask questions.
I called to get information on scheduling an estimate for repairing my garage door. After scheduling the visit, I asked if there was a fee to come out. The receptionist said yes, a $39 charge (she should have led with that information, but ok). I asked if they were waiving the fee as I had talked to several companies about coming out and no one was charging. At which point, I could hear a man feeding her answers in the background

Very quick response after leaving a message to get an estimate for garage door repair. David came out, was very friendly and professional. Gave me a very reasonable quote and then did the work right then. My garage door works way better than it did before and is much more quiet. I will definitely keep using them for service.
