When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. Our main focus is to help you and your loved ones stay up-to-date on the recommended vaccines. We offer a variety of immunizations. Our highly qualified staff can easily administer these immunizations here at the pharmacy.
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.
Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. I had medications delivered to my home, one of which was a controlled substance for pain due to nerves cut in my foot after surgery. I dolled out the pills into a monthly dispenser and the bottle marked with 60 pills had only 48; someone took a clean dozen off the top. When I stopped at the pharmacy and told them about it the first thing that pharmacist Steve Gruden said was would I like him to call my provider and ask her to allow an earlier refill. I said what about checking the security camera first. He said they would be more likely to take the pills from the main dispenser than from my pill

Very poor customer service. The woman at the window was VERY rude to us... after they gave our prescription to another customer. The owner of the place was very kind, but I will not be going back to that pharmacy, I think I would rather drive an hour out of my way to a different pharmacy than return to be treated like that again.

I’ve been going to Linson Pharmacy for well over 10 years. I first went to them because I lived by them and it was convenient. I’ve stayed with them through moves because they are the best. The staff knows me by name, they are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable!! They treat you like you are their only customer, even though they are extremely busy. They take the time to answer ANY ?s you have in person, or when you call in. You never feel like they are rushing you. I have recommended them to others and would recommend them to you!!

Very poor customer service. I always have to wait and not all the times I have waited, have they been helping other customers. Also, when customers are in line with cash to pay for prescriptions, phone calls should be ignored til cash customers are taken care of. I find it very disturbing when waiting to pay for anything and the phone is answered instead of taking care of customers standing, waiting to pay.

The best pharmacy in Fargo Moorhead. They have great customer service, are always accessible and accommodating, and very very fast. It usually just takes 5 to 10 minutes after I drop off a prescription. If my doctor sends sends the prescription electronically, it's ready by the time I get there. The staff is very friendly and polite, and they know me as soon as I walk in. I have special prescription concerns and they always make sure to get my brands of medications that I need every month. They are the only ones in the area that always have the medication that I need.
