My car completely broke down on a highway off ramp and had me causing a traffic hazard. These guys got me up and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Alex was extremely friendly and professional on the phone, he made a very stressful situation much more calm. I would highly recommend this towing service to anyone!

To be honest I did not use them because there was a 3 to 4 hour wait and they were extremely pricey for what I wanted done. However I'm not from this Market so I don't know what the going rates are up here that I used to work for a towing company in Dallas area and we were much more accommodating and competitive on pricing. I was able to reach somebody immediately and they were honest with me about the wait. That counts for something.

While heading into work this evening my clutch went out on my Jeep. I was referred to West Side Towing by a different towing company I had called first. The woman who answered the phone (I didn’t get her name) was lovely! As bad of a situation as a clutch going out on an off ramp on the highway can be, she was empathetic, professional, and also laughed at my jokes while I coped with the situation. David was the driver who came and picked up my vehicle and was also so lovely! He got my jeep to the shop flawlessly. If you’re ever in need of tow (hopefully you’re not) I recommend West Side Towing

Amazing company that takes pride in what they do! Awesome job servicing the Castle Rock community and surrounding areas. I was in a jam last week. On-star roadside assistant failed me big time (3 hours). Called Westside Towing and they picked up my dead vehicle in a pinch. Appreciate the quick service and dedication by the drive. We had to get an unworking vehicle towed from south of castle rock to north Denver. We waited for triple a for 2 hours and still no time of when they were coming. I found west side towing and gave them a call. Not only were they half the price of the other tow companies we called but they were super nice! The lady on the phone was polite and knowledgeable. The tow driver was at location in under an hour and had it to the tow location in no time at all. He was also super friendly and accommodating! Would recommend to anyone and use them again and again!!!

This was hands down the best experience dealing with a towing company/tow yard. I, unfortunately, had my car towed there against my will... (all is good, just made a dumb decision and all I can do is grow from it) When calling to see if my car was there, the gentleman said it was and explained what exactly was needed to have it released back to me. The next day, Lindsay (I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong!) Who is absolutely gorgeous, btw, helped me in the most polite, calm and effective/efficient way I have ever seen or experienced at a tow yard! I called this company for a quote while I was broke down in Castle Rock, hours away from home. They said because it was such a long distance, they would need to get a supervisor's approval and call me back. I NEVER got a call back. It was very disappointing after all the good reviews I read about them. It makes me think they may not be real reviews. They could have at least call back and say they couldn't do it.

I have worked for this company for the past five years and I have to say it is one of the finest companies I've ever worked for. They take pride in their work and they are dedicated to professionalism and customer service. Last night my youngest and his girlfriend got lost near Lookout Mountain...locked their keys in the car and had about $16 in their pockets....and it stormed really bad and phone reception was rerrible on top all of that.
They got out and walked to a phone and called"West Side Towing".
Chris was "Great"...abosolutely exceptional!
My son explained everyhing that had happend and followed Chris down to where they could get phone reception that Chris could call his boss. The boss said, throw the keys back in the car and lock the doors. ...glad he didn't or the kids would

AAA mishap and insurance problems but west side towing was very patient and the driver waited a hour with me for AAA to get their act together. Unfortunately the wrong towing company was dispatched and before I could get it corrected the other company came and took the truck. I will make sure in the future to only use WESTSIDE TOWING.

Tried calling to get a tow during the latest snow storm, for a person in Franktown, 8 miles away. They said we not going to take that tow, we have enough business right here today...called the 2nd company on my list...VERY professional...said he couldn't get to it today but would be out first thing in the morning...took the contact number and got the job...I guess Westside has just gotten too big to worry about the little tows now...I would advise calling someone else who can appreciate doing business the old fashioned way..customer service!
