We use Intermountain express at the dealership I work at, they have the worst customer service and no accountability for any of their drivers. They lose and misplace multiple packages a week, and we are never notified by intermountain that our packages were not delivered. We are having to constantly re-order customers parts, sometimes adding a length of weeks before we can get another order to them. Their staff is unapologetic for any of their mishandlings. If you have any other choice of service I would recommend that one, using intermountain express is not worth time or the headache, as well

I have worked here for awhile now and I love this place! Everyone i have interacted with is awesome. They care about their people. You don't get treated like you are less of a person than them like a lot of companies I have worked for. From day one you feel appreciated and respected and in this day and age that is very rare. When you are appreciated you have a drive to go above and beyond. I give my all here because of how I'm treated. It's not a workplace... it's a family.

they are fine for freight if you don't mind a three hour drive to pick up the part that was needed in the morning. dropped off in wrong town and the responsibility was on me to pickup the part.. don't use if you depend on part making it.. and this was not the first time... no money lost to them just me...

We depend on freight overnight everyday. Driver is always late or not showing up at all We have had to put customers in rental cars several times because the "part is still" on the truck but not dropped off to destination and will not come back by shop to get part that we need.

I am writing a review from the standpoint of a customer. They are very easy to deal with when I have to call them and modify anything. Ship many items with them daily. They drop off at night so many of my customers (utah) have things for first thing in the morning which is a plus. A bunch of my rural customers prefer them over other shippers. I have heard other locations may not be as easy to deal with but the salt lake location is great.
