After my accident, I thought I was fine. But the next morning, the pain in my shoulder was excruciating. I was turning around backing out when hit, and as it turns out, my clavicle was fractured and rotator cuff torn. The party at faults insurance company wasn't taking the accident seriously, so I sought council. Dustin and Co were incredible right from the get go. It took my case 2 years. He would forget about me, and wouldn't return my emails or messages. I had an actual accident with damages to my lower back, (accident proven to be not my fault) I couldn't walk. He recommended me to his "friend" he claims (chiropractor) who I used for about 10 visits. After a long patient wait He claimed there was a settlement not in my favor. Than I followed up again and he forgot again. Then I pressured him finally and he settled for a 3 way split he called it. him-his friend-me total for me $1,200 when everybody else with minor damages are settling
