Very disappointed with the service. I came in on a Tuesday and spoke to Cj. He stated the banner I needed would be ready by Friday which was perfect because I needed it for Saturday. He said as long as I sent the info by wed 3 pm. I followed all instructions and when friday comes around, I call to ask what time it will be ready and he replied it wasn't going to be ready till Tuesday. Very disappointing! I requested a refund and I they kept $30 which is half of the original price. NEVER coming here again! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! If I could I'd give them negative stars.

We unfortunately lost our 25 and 5 year old mother and daughter in a crash on the 14 freeway a few weeks ago. To raise money for the services , we held a car wash the same weekend and used sign-a-rama to create a banner and two boards with information and a picture of the deceased. They accommodated our rush job, were very friendly and easy to work with, and the signs and banner came out beautifully!
