Prestige Faux Design started as Stencil & Sponge, and for 30 years has been providing innovative, quality decorative painting primarily to the Lincoln-Way area and Will and Cook Counties of Illinois. Janelle Tague began in the decorative painting business after decorating her newly built church. She received so many requests to have the faux finishing and stenciling done in people's homes that she printed business cards and never looked back.
Prestige Faux Design now has three employees and a full schedule of faux finishing, plastering, hand painted paper installation, stenciling, and hand painting in residential and commercial settings. All of our artists at Prestige Faux Design have been professionally trained and certified through the International Decorative Artisans League, Pro Faux, Chicago Institute of Fine Finishes, Atova International, and Faux Design Studio.
