We are focused on helping people with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance and Renters Insurance, Life Insurance as well as Health Insurance. If you are new to the area we also focus on helping people move their State Farm policies to our local office in Ohio. I have been a State Farm Agent since 2001. My office has been a Sponsor of Avon Little League for many years as well as several other local charities, groups and leagues.
We are very involved in the Avon, Avon Lake, Sheffield Lake and North Ridgeville Communities. We also help a lot of small business owners with their business insurance needs. I am a Graduate of Ohio State University, a former State Farm Underwriter, member of the Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, Sponsor of Lake Erie Crushers and Legion of Honor qualifier and Ambassador Travel qualifier for assisting customers with their life insurance needs.

I sold two of our cars to our sons and needed to help them get their own more affordable car insurance. JC at State farm helped me tremendously. She offered ideas to lower their premiums and explained some features of their policies that set State Farm apart from the other carriers. JC was very friendly, patient, prompt and professional when I requested a few different quote versions. I will recommend this State Farm agent to all of my friends and family!

I can’t say enough about Reed Allen State Farm Insurance. I have never waited more than 30 minutes for them to call me back. We have added policy’s, we have needed them for a car accident and questions about life insurance. They are very knowledgeable and amazing to work with. They know you by name and that really makes everything so much better. We were in a car accident over a year ago and Pam called me at least 2x a week for a month to check on me emotionally. I love them.

I have been with Reed Allen for about 25 years - the office staff are wonderful! They are worth the price you pay - I always feel like they have my back. When I remarried, my husband said "let's go with your guy, he is good!" and sure enough my husband has never regretted it. When insurance issues arise in other family members we are floored to hear they do not know their insurance agent - we LOVE OUR INSURANCE AGENT!
