I am the neighbor of somebody who used "the tree guy" and I cannot believe the unprofessional business practice. My backyard was right against the fence where my neighbor had 2 large trees (pine or spruce). One day I hear a chainsaw running and look outside to see huge branches falling into my yard. I was given no warning by neither my neighbor nor the business that this was going to happen. My dogs could have been in the yard and been hit by these branches. In this tree business. I've noticed that Kevin the Tree Guy gets the work done in more of a reasonable time and always looks for an opportunity to bless the customer. Also does full clean up. In his estimates, Kevin the Tree Guy looks for the cheepest options for the customer and if the family is strugling finantually or emotionally because of a tragic event, he also reduces the payment to bless them. When it comes to cat rescuing or house saving, his timing is remarkable. Even if its late.

Called this guy, gave me a price of $200.00 for stump grinding. Came out Sunday night with faulty equipment. Broke down. Came back Monday afternoon. He actually sent his daughter out Sunday and Monday. She had problems again so she called her dad to come help. I asked when he quoted me 200 if he wanted to see it first, he said no. Half way through the process he said it was more than he thought. Wanted another $200.00. Everyone here is on SSI and limited income. I gave him another $50.00 cash since that was all the cash we had. He then said he can take a payment on his phone. I ended up giving

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a "professional" company. It took over 2 weeks for the job to be complete. Kevin, the owner, quoted me over the phone by looking at pictures of the trees that needed to be removed. When he arrived, he wanted to charge me $300-400 more because he didn't realize how big the tree actually was. Once we got over that hump, we had to reschedule the stump grinding because I didn't have the right amount of cash due to his previous quote. The previous quote included the stump grinding but because he mis bid the job, he had to come back
