I have had the privilege of working in the local court systems for nearly 20 years. After working as a Probation Officer in the juvenile system for over 11 years, I've now been a practicing attorney working in a different capacity. The Courts and the laws of Indiana have the ability to protect the local citizens who plan well and prepare for their future, including the future of their family.
There are times in our lives where we are vulnerable and need assistance. Adoption and Guardianship matters are often times of high stress and anxiety with great consequences on the line.
If your license is suspended, whether it is court ordered or suspended by the BMV, Specialized Driving Privileges may be the answer you are looking for. In rural Indiana, not having a valid license is an extreme burden. Having to ask for rides, always looking over your shoulder, driving without a license, all are risks and burdens that may be unnecessary.

Very professional, it took him 24 hrs to get back to me when I needed to talk to him (if I called) if I went through the client/attorney portal he normally got back with me within minutes or hours. I would recommend this attorney to anyone in need of a attorney. Very satisfied with the way he handled my case and how he broke down the paperwork and what I was being told by the judge.
