Services
The Clarkfield Care Center began as a twenty-bed long-term facility built privately in 1959 to serve the needs of Clarkfield and the surrounding area. An addition led to an eighty-six bed capacity. In April of 1980, the City of Clarkfield assumed ownership of the Care Center. The city remains the governing body with management provided by Minnewaska Community Health Services.

I use to be a CNA here. If your a travel CNA, run!!!! Tracy the Don will try anything in her power to say something bad about you towards your agency. Even when they had a full staff +2 additional staff members. They posted a permanent staff position two hours on indeed before letting her go fully. Who in the hell does that? The Director needs to be fired, shes the reason why everybody is quiting.
