****In response to the comment by the owner: Savitske is my maiden name. The home was rented under the name Holton. You already know this since we received an email from one of your employees asking about this review. This is a honest assessment of this company and not a fake review.**** We rented a home in Memphis through SPM. It was a horrible experience. We lived in the home for three years and had multiple issues. Every time we had a work order put in it would take several weeks to actually get anything accomplished. It would take several phone calls to multiple people and no one ever had any

This is an excellent property management company. They manage properties for me that I had trouble getting and retaining good tenants. I just wish I had started using their services a lot sooner. On the real estate side I have referred Harry many times and have never had any complaints. If you want to sell a house SPM is the one you want to use..
