I try never to write reviews, just don't like doing it. I am writing this time because I had an unbelievably great experience with this realtor. He was always responsive anytime I called didn't matter the time or weekend. I had a near full price offer in 2 days! I have been in the military 20 years and have sold 8 houses along the way. This was the easily the best!

I listed my Anchorage duplex for sale with Dan Wolf and was very pleased with his services. He, and Tim Kelly, were very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional in all aspects of the sale. The sale raised a wide range of issues concerning repairs needed in both units, dealing with Municipal permits, dealing with the tenants who were occupying both units, etc.
They had to handle all these practical matters on their own because I was out of state. They did a great job and I did not even have to come back to Anchorage for the closing. I highly recommend them.
