This place was my 1st apartment experience and it couldn't have been better! The office staff were incredibly nice people who actually cared about me and my son. Every time I requested maintenance (which wasn't often) my request was usually completed before I even thought it would be possible. Quick example, I sent an email to the office one afternoon about the porch light being out and broken, and it was fixed and replaced by the time I got off work at 5pm. I can't possibly stress enough how much I loved living here! If I hadn't bought a house, I wouldn't have left.

My experience living at Meadowalk Apartments has been good overall. My only negative would be that maintenance could do a better job in cleaning up trash, spraying the concrete for weeds or even keeping the trash around the dumpsters picked up.
Chasity’s ability to solve any of the unforeseen issues that had risen for me is by far what made my stay most appeasing. She is 10/10 the best landlord I’ve ever had, and just a good person in general. The community of people are fair and good for the most part, and the inside of the apartments are clean.
P.S. Storm damage on the trusses might need

I was skeptical at first about living in apartments but between the girls and the office and the maintenance guy and them being on top of any issues it's been a great place so far. After reading other reviews people have left, bugs are everywhere you go. Not always necessarily roaches or bed bugs but there's always going to be some type of bug and out here you're on the outskirts of town there's fields on 3 of the 4 sides of the apartments. There will be bugs. As for the roaches and bed bugs well roaches come from filth so that really don't say much for the tenants. And bed bugs can come from anywhere

I have lived here for over a year and love the place! People saying the building is infested is wrong. Bed bugs are brought in by other people and it is clearly stated in the lease that it is the tenants problem. I live in one building and my dad lives in the building next door.
One time, my dishwasher sprung a leak, I called the after hours maintenance and he called me immediately and was here with a shop-vac to clean up the mess. A few days later (when business hours resumed), I came home from work with a brand new dishwasher!
Maintenance is always fast and knowledgeable. All of the staff here

They are slum lords ...a mother and her son are suffering because of the lack of consideration for their tenants ...no child should be covered in hives from the amount of bed bugs, cockroaches and other insect bites ...after countless calls to management and head office they blew it off like it was nothing and will not let the tenant leave due to them being money greedy...but who in their right mind let's a kids health be at risk for a rent check...a slum lord...whatever you do do not live here ...it is absolutely disgusting !!!!! And they will blow off any complaint you have the building is infested

I lived at meadow walk apartments for over 5 years. I lived in 4 different buildings during my stay. I loved it there. Chasity and the staff were nothing but amazing. My apartments were always clean when I moved into them. If I had a problem they would get it fixed immediately. I felt very safe living in the apartments and I would live there again in a heartbeat!
