I had a crown that was loose and painful. I called for a new patient appointment and they were able to get me in with Dr. Remshak within 2 hours. Dr. Remshak was very professional and compassionate about my issue athough there was nothing she could do. She referred me to an oral surgeon that was able to get me in that day and resolve my problem. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness. Will be seeing them from now on for all my dental needs.

Dr. Simonovich and his crew are absolutely stellar. If you want a true professional, who takes the time to ensure your comfortable, understand what's going on, dr. Simonovich is the guy you want. I've had 3 visits so far, 2-3 remaining to fix years of neglect. Very happy to have him as my dentist. Highly highly recommend.

I scheduled a first-time appointment with Falls Dental to assess the source of some tooth pain, and I was incredibly satisfied with the experience I had. While the news about the tooth was bad, the overall care and experience was good, and I'm really glad this is the place I chose to call. Staff were compassionate, professional, and communicated all options to me clearly. I'll be using them in the future for all my dental hygiene needs.

Didn’t have an issue the first two times I went. Then things flipped. I understand that with Covid going on it’s a stressor and harder to manage, but a little goes a long way. The first problem was when I broke my temporary crown and needed it fixed, I had an “emergency” appointment to have them reapply it and when I arrived a receptionist came out and said my appointment had been cancelled and they didn’t even have a dentist in house. A phone call at least would have sufficed. When I rescheduled that appointment they finally did the crown and I was happy. Well now fast forward to today

My family and I choose this practice for location. Every visit, someone had a terrible experience, either from painful gums because the tech had the shakes, to always feeling like a number not a real person from the staff or myself being 8 months pregnant and the tech not looking at the sheet when she took me for xrays. We choose to move our business to another practice.

Went here because it was close to my home. The turn over of dentists is astonishing. It's like a revolving door of dentists. And the dentists tend to be new grads who are not yet skilled. Once they get some experience, they leave this place. A dentist here tried to do a root canal on me and used too wide of a drill bit and the bit broke off in my tooth. They couldn't get the broken bit out without sacrificing the tooth. Their mistake cost me a tooth. If you have a choice of dentists, I would not recommend this dental provider.

Would be nice if I could rate the dentist and billing separately. Love the dentists, hate the billing. The dentists are honest and reasonable with treatments and recommendations. Our family has been going to Falls Dental for over 10 years and we've experienced consistent billing errors. I've lost count of the number of hours I've spent going through information and finding their mistakes for them. The dentists are great, though, and I do highly recommend them. Just be sure to stay on top of your visits, ask for itemized bills from them, and tell them *exactly* how to bill your insurance. Not just

After listening to a message from Falls Dental Associates on my mothers answering machine for an upcoming appointment reminder, called to tell them she had passed away. They said they did not have a patient listed with her name. Even though they couldn't find her listed as a patient, they sent a $30.00 bill for 'missed appointment'! When I called to explain that she had passed away and asked to speak to a manager, I was told no manager was available. I explained the situation to the receptionist and she said a manager would return my call. I never heard from anyone, so assumed this

Subpar everything. Katelyn (sp?) was the harshest, most painful cleaning I've had in 50 years. She did not completely clean my veneers and I'm left flossing a "jagged edge" vs. the smooth run that it should be between my teeth. I could never even question her without her cutting me off HARSHLY stating she did everything I asked about or why she didn't polish my veneers (which my other Dentist has done, with special polish, since before this person ever even thought of becoming a hygenist. I made a special call to switch hygenists and ask if this location would ever have

Dr. Clifford was my dentist for a few years. While I like her personality, I cannot recommend her work. I had a filling fall out twice. They had problems placing the filling the first time, so I was not surprised when it fell out. The second time it fell out, it took part of the tooth with it. That time I did not return and left as a patient. Before the filling, she put a crown on one of my teeth. The crown was incorrectly fitted. The tooth was still partially exposed and became damaged. One side of the crown overlapped too far and damaged the tooth next to it.
