This review is way overdue! We hired 3D Construction to help us remodel our ranch home in Herald in 2019. The project involved remodeling our kitchen and living room by converting our garage into a new mater bedroom and bonus room for the kids. We also updated 2 bathrooms, and had a new garage constructed. Jason, Judy and Mike and his crew were great to work with and made sure every detail was perfect. We absolutely love our new home and enjoy it more every day. We would highly recommend 3D for your next remodel.

We highly recommend 3D Benchmark Builders! They came to our rescue when our deck (780 sq. ft) had to be demolished and then rebuilt. A very extensive undertaking. Our deck was challenging to access but Jason & his staff carefully designed a plan to achieve our goal. Jason worked very deliberately with us to ensure the proper sequence of steps were followed. He made many trips up to the Auburn area so to meet with us to explain the process and details of the job. Jason provided us with several options to meet our budget. 3D Benchmark Builders did Fantastic work remodeling my whole house. The new kitchen works great with the new island. The master bathroom beat all of my expectations with tile work and heavy glass partition. The Electrical work to add 27 can lights and 5 fans went well without any problems. Rain created issues during the roof replacement. 3D brought in more workers and was able to finish the roof without a drop of rain coming the house. I was briefed from a member of the 3D Benchmark Team every day with progress and scheduling. My project came in on time and on budget. I would recommend 3D Benchmark

I will never recommend this contractor to anyone. They and their sub contractors are incredibly sloppy and they don’t own up to their mistakes. Also, they tried on several occasions to say the project was complete when it wasn’t.

This is a great company. I know many people who have used them and I have always heard the best things. I was very excited to finally have them come do work at my home! I had Jason paint the outside of my 3-story townhome in Downtown Sacramento. He and his crew were on the job and done in 2 days. No mess, no fuss, replaced rotted wood without having to be told to do so. VERY competitive price, and my home looks great! Great attitude and they all love the construction business!
