Services
In 1966, Klein's Pharmacy opened our first pharmacy on State Road at Broad Boulevard in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We had been serving the over-the-counter and prescription needs of our community for nearly 20 years when we expanded to include orthopedic supplies and medical equipment. We opened Klein's Orthopedic and Medical Equipment in 1984.
As part of our community-focused mission, Klein's Pharmacy raised over $300 this holiday season that was put toward our Adopt-A-Grandparent program benefiting residents of Cardinal Retirement Village. The funds allowed us to create holiday gift bags for 35 residents of Cardinal Retirement Village. Each bag contained a fleece blanket, hand lotion, a book of word-search puzzles, and a Klein's coffee mug.
Medication synchronization involves a pharmacy staff member looking up a patient's medications, and then syncing all prescriptions for pickup on a single day each month. We use this proactive approach to contact patients, review their medications, refill their prescriptions, and provide educational resources.
Compounding allows for medications to be custom-made based on the individual needs of patients. Our compounding pharmacy can make medication that is easy to use, allergy-friendly, and dose-specific. A wide variety of flavoring options are available for compounded medications to make taking and giving medication less stressful.
Stress-Free Pet Meds eliminate the need for using needles, bad-tasting medicines and tablet splitters. Now, you can simply rub a gel into the skin of your pet or they can lick it off your finger. This product is produced and sold by Klein's Pharmacy, which boasts more than three decades of experience in producing custom compounds, the technical name for these types of medications.

I came in to get my Covid-19 booster and I was so impressed with the service I received that I transferred all of my prescriptions from CVS to Klein's. Klein's even ordered my preferred generic brand just for me AND helped to get my medication quantity approved by my insurance. Thank you so much for being a great business in our community!

I am editing this to 5 stars due to resolve of my issue as well as amazing & professional management. 2 different employees emailed me directly apologizing for the inconvenience, one of them being the pharmacy manager. They thanked me & updated their team on what is correct. You can tell Christina is passionate about her job & community. I was also able to go in next day, & Christina quickly vaccinated both my boyfriend & myself. She was quick, efficient, & above all kind. Kindness goes a long way. My podiatrist recommended Klein's Pharmacy because they can formulate custom topical pain reliever creams for my chronic ankle pain. He sent them an Rx and they called me to discuss it since my insurance doesn't cover custom formulations. I was surprised to learn that the out of pocket cost was reasonable and that they would mail it to my home at no additional cost to me. It arrived in a few days and did exactly what it was supposed to do to alleviate the pain. I have since called them for a refill and received it by mail within a few days. Very convenient! Klein's Pharmacy - Bad Experience. I recently purchased a wrist splint that was the wrong type of splint and the wrong size, after coming in with a doctor's prescription and being sized by the sales rep.
When I tried to return it (new, still in the box), I was told that they don't take returns on any DME supplies, yet there is no sign about the policy (required by state law), nor was I told it was a final sale.

I started using Klein’s after some disappointing experiences at other pharmacies. I’m impressed that there’s very little staff turnover. Many of the employees know me by name now. Robert, one of the pharmacists always greets me when I come in. He’s very accessible, professional and friendly.
Staff makes an attempt to solve insurance snags and the like. Honestly, no business is perfect but Klein’s comes as close as one could reasonably expect.

Was a customer for decades. With the"new" staff was told that their SUPERVISOR attempted to deliver my meds to me. Unknown to him I was home at the time and he or she NEVER showed up. For a 5 dollar charge they'll be happy to come back.. since I'm on limited income I can't afford their lie, so I was told they'll mail it to me and I'll get them,,,and I quote" when they get there"!!!!... No thanks!! I switched pharmacies!! Good bye,,!just to make sure I was giving a fair statement, I just went and had my building s management review the security tapes from 3 to 7 on. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!!! liars and

Amazing staff and wonderful people, always responsive and willing to take the time to explain any concerns with medication and extremely helpful in finding the best over the counter solutions. They’re always very well versed in medical supplies like compression socks and knee braces. They seem to help find a solution to any situation from working with your insurance to helping you secure the right flavor of dippin’ dots!

By far the rudest group of individuals I have ever had to deal with. the doctor did something wrong on the script and they were trying to blame it on me and make me feel bad because I was telling them what was going on. I've only been here once and I hope that I never have to return to this location. if I could I wouldn't even give them one star.
