We have been clients for the past 10 years at our previous condo and now at our single family home. Just a couple weeks ago we called them because our drain spout was leaking. It turned out to be a problem they couldn't fix with our french drain, but they were super great and did as much as they could. They even threw in a gutter cleaning. This was on a rainy Saturday. The K Single Team was OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend their services to anyone. Isidro was so helpful and responsive including showing up in the wee hours of the morning to correct an issue due to a wind storm in the middle of my project! You could tell that each worker took pride in their work and wanted it to be right. They always worked hard to protect my house and cleaned up when they were done.

Before I became part of this company, Jose came out to take a look at my brothers roof and he was very, professional, responded to all of our questions, we were able to tell he' s a very experienced roofer, we were amazed. Jose and the team at K Single Corp exceeded expectations. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and their customer service. They were responsive, on time, did excellent work and left the work site clean. They carefully explained what they would do and made sure that we were satisfied with the work.
Last January there was a storm that put a tree through our roof. Jose and team came out, cleaned up the tree and quickly secured the roof. Later they replaced the roof and gutters and left the work site better than they found it.

I was referred to K Single by another roofing company that was too busy for my repair job. So many roofing companies only want to install new roofs, but not fix old roofs! Luckily, K Single was willing and able, and they did a great job for a reasonable price. In addition to roof repairs they also fixed my chimney crown. Later I had a professional chimney sweep & inspection and they said that the chimney crown looked great. I really appreciate José and his team and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The quality of the work here was good, and prices fair, but scheduling with this company was a total nightmare In short, we won't be using them again.
We did a full roof replacement and partial reframing, siding repair, a bit of new gutters, deck repairs, and exterior painting with them. The roof and painting crew were good. The crew that did the siding and deck repair less so. We are still finding broken screws etc in the yard a week after the deck repairs. For the roof, there were days where they just didn't show up with no communication about why, and the time varied wildly each day

It was a pleasure to do business with K Single Corp and I will likely contact them again for future work. From everyone I interacted with, they were nothing but pleasant and helpful (admin, estimator, and workers)

I noticed some nail pops in the ceiling of my home. The area looked like it had collected some moisture over time, and there was some discoloration in the drywall and the paint. I started off by looking for a team to help repair the drywall, but after looking at the pictures, the drywall folks suggested I contact a roofer to take a closer look.
After doing some reading on Yelp, I was really happy

K Single installed a 2600 sq ft new roof for me in 2014. The old roof was a disaster...a rotting shake roof and I needed it converted to a 40 year comp roof with new decking. I had three other bids for $12,000, $20,000 and $25,000. K Single came in at $8,000 and did an absolutely AMAZING job. I'm the General Manager at a Handyman company so my praise of a lot of workmanship these days doesn't come easily.Their pricing is fair, they earned my trust and they are now my go to company for any of my large home improvement needs in the future.

Any positive reviews are likely for older work. We used them in 2018, when Yoni was there, and they were great. Their bid came in way under others' cost, were professional and showed up on time. They did our home roof, and our neighbor's fence and roof, and then we used them again for our carport roof. With Yoni, we got a quote for a fence with a rolling gate (more expensive gate) for $9K for 205 ft. of chain link removal with 3 gates. Now that Yoni left, that same quote, with a non-rolling (less expensive to make) now was quoted for $12.5K. Not only that, they were a week late in providing a quote

Jose and his crew were amazing! We approached them with a group of projects, all for which they gave us timely quotes. Last month, we had the first completed by K Single and they did a phenonmenal job (with just a photo of what we wanted) for our front porch railings. They also re-mortared the brickwork in the same area. They used high quality materials and the craftsmanship was outstanding. We can't say enough great things about them.

I would highly recommend this company. Did about 2 weeks of research and estimates and K Single Corp was very responsive to our needs and financial means. Did NOT try to sell us any additional services or products. Were the only company that entered the crawl space to review roof structure. Supplied photos of areas of concern and explained all steps involved. The crew was very professional. Clean up better than when they started. A++. Ask for Yoni. Great guy!
