Our goal is client satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience practicing law in Mississippi, our success has depended on our clients' interests being placed first. Whether we are representing you in a divorce or you have been injured at work or in an accident, we strive to place ourselves in your unique situation.

We are always honest in our assessment of the facts and how the law applies to those facts. In order to maximize our clients' outcomes, we limit our practice to three basic areas: family law, personal injury, and workers' compensation. We are licensed to practice in all courts in Mississippi, both state and federal.
Services
We provide our clients with unparalleled support, guidance, and legal representation before, during, and after a divorce and in all domestic matters surrounding the divorce, including alimony, child custody, child support, visitation, property division, and reimbursement of attorney's fees as well as contempt and modification actions.
Peyton was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1988 and founded the firm that same year. He received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Mississippi State University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. He served as a law clerk to former Hinds County Chancellor Paul Alexander, prior to starting his own practice.
Our office is located north of Jackson and west of Interstate 55 near Highland Colony Parkway. Take the Old Agency Road Exit off of I-55, Exit No. 105C. Continue over the Interstate toward Highland Colony. Merge into the far right turn lane and turn right onto Highland Colony, traveling north. Continue up Highland Colony to the fourth red light, this is Steed Road.
