I can’t see why people selling their home would use any other company . They did a great job selling the house and sold it for more then asking price. There’s not many companies where the owner or ceo would always be available for questions or reassurance but Brian always was and his team was very professional: I highly recommend Brian Burds.

Brian Burds home selling team is an excellent and professional organization. I am a first time seller and did not know what to expect, but Brian and his team exceeded my expectations during the selling process. I sold my home in El Paso from another state with very little issue. Not only did I sell quickly but for much more than I could have ever expected! Keep in mind you will be paying a little higher but peace of mind during the selling process is well worth it. The one downside was communication. I did not get very many updates from the team after the contract was signed and never heard anything

We have been with C21 for quite a few years now. They managed our property in El Paso while we moved around with the military. Rob and Julia were always available and very reliable over the years, so it was a given to sell with C21 as well! We are now selling the same home that they managed and got to work with an amazing selling team! Tiffany, Hannah and Paul were amazing to work with! I asked a ton of questions, even after work hours and I always got a welcoming and helpful response! Victoria, Hannah, and Erin are a power trio. I was concerned on selling my house being a challenge since I no longer reside in the US, but Victoria and Hannah were so professional and helpful. It was hard with the hour difference but they made the whole process easy , did things quickly and made themselves easily available to answer questions I had. Erin finished up making the closing paperwork easy for me and was so helpful and patient with all my questions and even assisted to help find an online notary. Paul and Erin were the best pair we could have. Going into the process of selling our house from another state and thinking it was going to be a major challenge, Paul quickly put us as ease. My experience with Brian Birds was a no nonsense way to sell my house. You really get a team. Victoria was my listing agent. She priced my house, gave me an estimate of closing costs ( which was very accurate) and made sure it was visible to qualified buyers. Next came Hannah who made sure all details of the listing was correct and made sure I had help during the showing process. Ethan checked my house regularly. The buyers wanted a few small repairs. Victoria gave me the name of Aldo General Contractor to make the repairs. He was honest, thorough and his prices were very fair. Erin was my closing

Mark Hill was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Always quick to answer texts, easy to talk to and very friendly when looking at houses! Recently moved to Austin Texas and sold my home in El Paso with the Brian Burds Century 21 team. Must say overall it was a positive experience. Mr. Burds and his staff are very professional. He kept me up to date throughout the buying process. I was disappointed in that I had to reduce my selling price after it stayed on the market for months. I would say that's an issue with the El Paso market and not Mr. Burds and his team. I would advise all sellers to read and inquire about Mr. Burd's 30 day selling guarantee. There are some stipulations to that guarantee. Like with anything else
