Hired Approved for a remodel project after a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Overall, the project went ok, except that the schedule ended up slipping so it was a 4 month project instead of a month or so originally discussed. We did have some add on things, but they were small, and should not have effected the schedule as much as they seemingly did. Whenever an issue came up, they would just stop work and not call for an answer, and I would have to call and ask why things had stopped, at which point I would find out about the issue.

Our small kitchen was a challenging project. The #1 reason was Karl had to work with me. They had to install a new sloped drop ceiling with Can lights over the top of existing wall cabinets. The old ceiling looked like an office fluorescent lighting system, now it is a beautiful ceiling with flush mounted to the ceiling cabinets. Karl added finishing touches that really set things off. Thank you for being so patient me guys, I am one happy lady.
