I went for Botox a couple of times because they were charging $7.00 per unit. However, I found out that they were not only charging for a higher number of units for the areas than require but that they were not applying it to the areas. They would poke me or pretend they were injecting the Botox but in fact they just put in the needle. When I called to complain that there was no difference or hardly any difference to the areas, they said I needed to wait longer even if it was after the seven days that it takes for Botox to work. I have been using Dermaster for over a year and have been extremely pleased with Jessica's professionalism and the quality of her services. She is very experienced and I felt I was in very good hands.

Dermaster is awesome. I've been coming regularly for the past 6 months for injections and botox. First of all, their customer service is great! They are friendly, efficient, and always welcoming!
Parking lot is also free and has never been an issue for me. It is located on the 3rd floor in the same building as Shinhan Bank. Their prices are super reasonable too. I used to have a super chubby face. It has been an insecurity of mine since I was like 15.. I get botox on the jaw and an injection called "yoon-gwak?" and it has helped slim my face down SO SO much. Literally everyone

Since the decline of my youthful glory days I've started doing Botox and fillers. This is the 3rd place I have been to over a 2 year span, and I have to say I have come back because I love the service, the personal attention, the results, and the price point is great! I am afraid to write this review because wanted to keep this place a secret for myself, but today after my visit they asked me if I could write my review. I usually come here to get my skin fixed up and im very proud of the service they provide. The staffs are very nice and willing to help all the time. I like to show up at random times but they never complained about that!! Plus after ive been visiting Dermaster, i can see results! They have this new machine with water or something. It didnt sound amazing but the results ARE AMAZING!

I always had a good experience at Dermaster because of their friendly staffs. Unfortunately, this time was my last because of their parking situation! You can't park your car at their parking space which is sooo weird! The parking guy is mean and crazy, he won't let you park your car there! Please don't waste your time going there because I just wasted mine!

Would not recommend!! Poor service. I went to this place because I wanted laser to remove my old eyebrow tattoos. I was told to get my temples filled in instead. I took their advice and spent $1050 for 3 shots to fill in both sides of my temples. A lady named Lucy who performed my services told me I can come back for a free touch up. I looked myself in the mirror and realized the left side of my temple was not completely filled in. Obviously I saw a dent close to my left eye. I called them and told them about this the day after.
