I called Allpoints and asked if they could put together some neon signs for a client of mine in Arcata. When I first contacted them, I spoke with the owner of the business and he said 'Sure, no problem. We can take care of it for you.' I sent them the design mock up I had put together, but didn't hear back from them for over a week. I called them after that week of no contact and asked if they had any questions or if they had started working on the signs. The only people I could get a hold of after the first call I had with Allpoints were employees, not the owner, and all they would ever tell me

What a great experience. Very friendly, prompt professional service, and a great price! I needed some signage taken off of an old building and called them up and Geoff was great, Jake did the work and was extremely careful and meticulous and didn't take long. I would absolutely recommend All Points to anyone!

I give a total thumbs down, and am never going back for my frequent signage needs. I went in needing a boat name printed up and applied before an important race 7 days away. We'd decided on a font and he promised to email the final design back the next day. No email followed, I emailed to confirm he was working on it, no reply. I called FOUR times to no reply. Never got the lettering, never heard back.
I had a personal meeting with them, they knew what I wanted, and I was ready to pay. Total disrespect for me, had to race an unchristened, un named boat, and spend my money out of town.
